Sage 50 Accounts - What's New in 2009:


  Secure PDF's:

  • You now have the ability to password protect any report(s) within Sage 50 Accounts, when generated in this way.

  • You set up the password in the Customer & Supplier records.  Because it is at this level, you can have unique passwords for each Customer & Supplier.

  • Figure - 1: You assign the Customer & Supplier PDF password on the default tab.

  • Figure - 2: You can also block access to this field within security for any user.
